Bloglovin should be called Puppylovin'

So.. my Aunt Kelli from Seriously..I think it needs stitches told me about this Bloglovin' weird claim your blog thing, so I have to paste a code here, to claim my own blog.  Does that make sense?  I mean, why can't I just pee on it?  Oh well, here goes..

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hmm! Seems that all it did was make a way for you to follow me via Bloglovin.  Oh well.  That's good I guess.. the more the merrier.. every dog likes to be part of a pack.  Some of us even like to herd the pack.

Hugs & Kisses,

Maude

p.s. Would you like to see another pic from my portfolio? (my mom and dad sure do swoon a lot.. does anyone know what that is about?)

p.p.(ha!)s.  I am going to join in this thing called the Monday Mischief Blog Hop..even though I am just starting my online diary, and don't have too many mischievous things to report (my mom and dad might disagree) so that I can make some new friends, as I miss all of my litter mates. Come on friends!  Join the Maude-Squad. Rowoof!

Hi...My Name is Maude

Dear nice people who may read my blog, Let me introduce myself. My name is Maude. I am an Old English Sheepdog. Some of you may have never heard of my breed. Some of the "older" folks out there may recognize my fellow "OES's" from movies such as "The Shaggy Dog" or the "Shaggy DA." Others of you who grew up watching old Warner Brothers cartoons, like my daddy, may remember the sheepdog with all of the hair in his eyes who kept a close eye on the flock of sheep as the not-so-smart" coyote tried to carry one off. As that coyote learned the hard way...we can still see through all of that hair in our eyes so don't try to sneak up on me and steal any of the many toys that my parents have lavished me with since I joined their home last week.

So anyways...that is who I am and what I am.

Let me tell you about my new mommy and daddy. They are very nice, sweet people who must have had 2 OES's in the past because they keep telling me stories of 2 dogs named Belvy and Abby (formally Belvedere and Abigail). Those were two lucky dogs if they were treated half the way that I have been treated since arriving into their Tennessee home. They had a new bed waiting for me in the car when they picked me up and there was even a bag of new toys...I am talking a LOT of new toys. I don't have the heart to tell them that I really prefer shoe laces and articles of clothing that they tend to carelessly leave lying around within grabbing distance.

They keep kissing on me and hugging me, but their favorite phrase they keep using is "no Maude." Not sure yet what that means but if they said it once, they have said it a thousand times already. It usually is right after I have decided to empty my very small bladder in spot that took me several sniffs to choose. Anyways...this is just a brief intro into who I am. If you want to follow along as I grow and mature, please do so. I will try to fill you in along the way on any adventures I may have or heaven forbid, any mishaps. So for now...have a nice day.

Love you all,
Maude
